Impart Skills Pty Ltd is a specialist corporate consultancy that has been providing services to industry, government and the community within Australia, Asia and the Pacific since 1990. We are also a Registered Training Organisation with the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA). 

We have an international network of Moderators and Trainers to deliver our Programs. Our team are all tertiary qualified with many years of Industrial and Commercial experience. 

Areas of speciality include Strategic and Business Planning, Workplace Training and Assessment Systems, and Culture Change & Management Development.

We deliver flexible solutions tailored to client needs using four approaches:

RECENT ACTIVITIES...

  • Improving customer service metrics for a Private Health Provider.
  • Intervening in a Legal Services Division of a Government Department to bring it back under control. The challenge: how to control the quality of the outcomes yet foster innovation and buy in.
  • Installing a project centre to replace the boardroom of a Medical Diagnostics company, halving the time spent on project discussions. 
  • Alignment of Strategic Plans with workplace activities in a high-tech information services company.
  • Implementing Competency Based Systems into various Local Governments in NSW.
  • Providing training workshops for Trainers in Kuala Lumpur with the Human Resource Development Council of Malaysia.
  • Developing Continuous Improvement Teams with an Australian Water Company and a national retailer.
  • Assisting associates in the Australian arm of a multinational company to define the role of mentoring in their company, and developing appropriate skills.
  • Training facilitators to assist the restructuring of a public utility.
